An icon of New Zealand, the silver fern appears entirely green until the fronds are turned revealing their silver underside. It is a symbol of a country that is everything from snow-capped mountains and volcanic ranges to native bush and endless beaches. Silver fern wines represent a country that is distinctive and breathtakingly untouched, offering wines that are utterly unique to New Zealand. This pinot noir shows lifted red cherry and cassis with notes of mocha and spice on the nose. The palate is supple with juicy fruit weight, fine tannins and a subtle toasty finish. Enjoy on its own, or match with duck, lamb, venison and veal dishes.
